Summary:

The HR Analyst at Movate will work closely with the HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to gather and analyze HR data, providing insights that drive workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and performance improvements. This role combines strong analytical skills with effective communication to report on HR processes and enhance HR functions across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support employee affairs (onboarding, offboarding, resignations, etc), company activities and other HR relates responsibilities.
• Provide HR partnership, for both strategic and tactical initiatives, day to day HR support and execution of strategies for assigned business groups.
• Use data insights to inform HR policies and strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track and report on key HR metrics.
• Ensure reports are tailored to support HR, finance, and operations teams effectively.
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs that address BPO-specific challenges.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years in an HR Analyst or related role
• Experience supporting contact center operations
• Experience and knowledge of the Costa Rican labor law
• Experience delivering HR insights, improving processes and working under pressure
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with statistical software or databases (e.g., SQL) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, high accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Advanced English (B2+-C1)
