Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web App testing, Test Metrics and Reporting, and proficiency in tools such as SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, and Jira. This hybrid role requires strong manual E2E Business Process Assurance skills and basic programming knowledge. The candidate will work in a day shift and should be proficient in English.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing efforts for web applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless user experiences.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate business requirements.
- Provide comprehensive test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
- Utilize SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, and Jira to manage and track testing activities and defects.
- Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Implement testing tools and frameworks to streamline processes.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights.
- Support the team in basic programming tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest testing trends and technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of experience in testing.
- Expertise in Web App testing and Test Metrics/Reporting.
- Proficiency in tools: SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, Jira.
- Strong manual E2E Business Process Assurance skills.
- Basic programming knowledge.
- ISTQB Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Manager.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Employee Support domain.
