Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with security leadership to prioritize and implement security enhancements and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering Enablement on CI/CD improvements, developer tooling, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Work with other Product Managers to unblock technical dependencies and provide platform capabilities that enable their feature development.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (Median, Okta, AWS) on platform integrations and technical requirements.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Technically proficient with experience in software development, QA engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.

  • Experience with QA methodologies, test planning, and quality processes - or strong willingness to develop these skills.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business requirements for engineering teams.
  • Motivated, professional, and responsible with the ability to balance product strategy and hands-on quality assurance.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on security, reliability, and system performance.
  • Proactive problem solver who thinks through technical issues systematically and designs scalable solutions.
