Esta posición estratégica implica la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio, la gestión de relaciones con clientes clave y la implementación de estrategias de ventas efectivas para impulsar el crecimiento y la rentabilidad en la región. Responsabilidades PrincipalesDesarrollar e implementar planes de ventas alineados con los objetivos corporativos para los tres países.Gestionar y expandir la cartera de clientes existentes, asegurando relaciones comerciales sólidas y duraderas.Identificar y capitalizar oportunidades de negocio en sectores industriales clave, adaptando las soluciones a las necesidades específicas de cada cliente.Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos (logística, marketing, finanzas) para garantizar una ejecución eficiente y coherente de las estrategias comerciales.Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia para ajustar tácticas de ventas y maximizar la penetración en el mercado.Representar a la empresa en ferias, eventos y reuniones con stakeholders clave en la región. RequirementsTítulo universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Comercio Internacional o campos relacionados.Experiencia comprobada de al menos 5 años en roles de ventas B2B en sectores industriales, químicos o afines.Conocimiento profundo de los mercados de Costa Rica, Panamá y Nicaragua, incluyendo aspectos culturales y comerciales.Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación, con capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con diversos niveles organizacionales.Dominio del español e inglés, tanto oral como escrito.Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente dentro de la región asignada.Experiencia previa en empresas multinacionales o en entornos multiculturales.Conocimiento de herramientas CRM y análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Habilidad para liderar equipos y gestionar proyectos multidisciplinarios.
