Job Purpose

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end logistics process, export & import having oversight and support over the performance of international shipping.

Essential Responsabilities

• Execute Routine Import- Export Tasks
• Transportation and Logistics Management
• Ensuring information is correct per documentation requirements
• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Analyze import and export cargo expense data and report any irregularities or areas that need improvement
• Collaboration and integration with cross-functional teams.
• Handling customer inquiries
• Coordination with the purchasing team for a new logistic supplier selection and management.
• Monitoring of shipments and follow-up on delivery and transportation processes.

Qualifications

• High school degree or technical background in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of English (written-spoken).
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customs-related roles.
• Solid understanding of logistics terminology, procedures, stakeholders, and operations.
• Previous involvement with customs-related suppliers (freight forwarders, storage providers, brokers, etc.).
• Familiarity with Free Trade Zone regulations.
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.
• Ability to contribute to business optimization and cost control initiatives.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
