Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic partner, ensuring that the executive's time is optimized and that operations run efficiently across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and communication.
  • Support project tracking and assist with strategic initiatives as directed.
  • Draft professional communications and handle inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
