About the Role

We are seeking a
Technician
to support engineering projects by installing, testing, and maintaining equipment. This role works closely with engineers to implement production processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring manufacturing equipment performance, ensuring proper calibration of tools, and assisting in process validation activities

Skill set:

  • English communication advanced
  • Technical certificate in electronics, mechanics, electro-mechanics, or industrial engineering.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or technical roles.
  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents.
  • Experience with measuring and testing tools.
  • Preferred: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with GMP/GDP and quality systems or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (including gowning requirements)

Main functions:

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining production and testing equipment.
  • Monitor machinery performance and promptly address technical issues.
  • Conduct tests on raw materials, components, and finished products.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Document changes, test results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained per company procedures.
  • Support equipment installation, validation, and engineering change activities.
  • Follow safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including GMP standards.
  • Communicate operational issues or opportunities to manage.
