Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter at Lapazul Boutique Hotel located in Hatillo, Savegre, Quepos The Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering items to tables, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, assisting with food preparation as needed, and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. This role requires effective communication with team members and guests and adherence to all service protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and attentive guest experience.
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage service and Food Service to ensure high-quality and efficient hospitality operations.
• Basic Cooking skills are an advantage for assisting in food preparation when necessary.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a polite and professional demeanor.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is preferred.
