Origin Mansion is a new hospitality + social-wellness house built around a 12-room boutique hotel and a collection of curated spaces — sauna, hammam, cold plunge, jacuzzi, rooftop lounge, lounge bar with karaoke stage, game room, gym, and multiple areas designed for social and wellness-driven experiences.

We host hotel guests, wellness visitors, and weekly events. To deliver a consistently elevated experience, we're building a strong operational foundation — and this role is central to that mission.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Full-time, on-site. Mostly afternoon/evening. Weekends during events.

Operational Leadership

Oversee daily flow, ambiance, and readiness across rooms and all amenities

Ensure sauna, hammam, cold plunge, and jacuzzi are running smoothly and presented at a premium level

Maintain order, cleanliness, and an elevated guest experience rooted in warmth and consistency

Team & Event Oversight

Lead a small team of freelancers (cleaners, bar, DJs, photographers, event crew)

Run weekly events from setup to peak energy to close

Launch one flagship Saturday event and additional themed nights during the week

Handle guest satisfaction, resolve issues calmly, and help establish house culture and service standards

Systems & Reporting

Build and refine procedures, checklists, and operational systems

Track key metrics and deliver clear updates directly to ownership

Coordinate with rotating operational and event staff as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in hospitality, boutique hotels, event venues, coworking spaces, wellness centers, or multi-space properties

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making

Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented

Comfortable in an early-stage environment with evolving systems

Must be bilingual (high-level English + Spanish)

Must issue factura profesional

COMPENSATION

₡750,000–₡1,000,000 base (contract)

Monthly performance bonuses (quality + event success)

Profit share tied to events + house performance

Top performers can reach ₡1,500,000–₡2,000,000+ monthly as systems mature and revenue grows.
