**What you’ll do**
- Conduct risk assessments and identify control objectives for SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security controls to meet compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security Operations, Engineering, and Risk Management, to facilitate assessments and audits.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SOC compliance, providing consultation and guidance to internal departments.
- Maintain high-quality documentation related to compliance activities, including assessment reports and remediation plans.
- Support Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program operations, including the collection of audit reports and certifications.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and changes in compliance regulations.
**What experience you need**
- English proficiency B2 minimum (Belt)
- Familiarity with SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., SSAE 18, ISAE 3402, Trust Services Criteria).
- 2+ years of experience in a security-related role.
- 2+ years of experience in conducting audit interviews and performing comprehensive audit testing related to SOC1/2
