Position Background and Essential Responsibilities: The Global Process Ownership (GPO) team is part of the global sourcing utility, which in turn is part of the Citi Global Sourcing (CGS) organization. The position is responsible for supporting End to End system improvement / redesign tasks, lead integration with other systems and tools, maintain global procedure documentation, communicate and conduct training as well as supporting the GPO team with various project management responsibilities. - Strong passion for banking industry and market trends - Moderate to Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel to manipulate and organize data - Moderate to Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft Power Point to organize and visualize the story line for presentations to management - Ability to understand information, develop insights and identify opportunities when analyzing large data sets - Ability to translate findings and recommendations into a concise and effective selling story - Ability to confidently present insights, opportunities, and recommendations to internal stakeholders - Strong written and verbal English communications skills Key Responsibilities: - Lead new Sourcing and Contracting System implementation and integration with TPM tools - Document global scope processes and procedures - Support the continuous improvement activities of new Sourcing and Contracting System - Coordinate process updates and if required, related system enhancement initiatives - Conduct training to the Sourcing organization on such process and system changes - Coordinate with stakeholders of all levels within the organization - Lead Supply Chain End to End tool projects towards design and implementation across multiple areas within the organization **Requirements**: - English: Advanced - Bachelor university degree completed - System implementation and change management experience - Previous project management experience - Sourcing & Contracting experience - Highly collaborative with a strong appreciation for diversity and respect for others - Experience working in a multi-national complex organization - Effectively organize and manage multiple tasks - Ability to communicate, build relationships and interact at all levels of the organization - Strong business acumen and critical thinking mindset - Strong attention to detail and process - Ability to effectively adapt in a constantly changing environment Desirable: - LEAN and/or Six Sigma certification is preferred - Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus - Experience with eSourcing systems such as GEP SMART, SAP, Ariba, Oracle Source to Contract - Previous work experience in a Financial Institution is a plus C13 - **Job Family Group**: Corporate Services - **Job Family**: Supply Chain - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
