LightForce Orthodontics is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our rapidly expanding Sustaining Engineering team. As a Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of the day-to-day activity of the software organization. You will work closely with other software developers, product managers, customer support and other departments to address product requests, implement bug fixes and work closely with our customers to drive successful resolutions of issues.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Document and address incoming requests for software product support
- Implement bug fixes and enhancements
- Closely collaborate with other department to ensure a positive customer experience

**Required Qualifications**
- 1+ year of demonstrated experience with web-based software development (Angular2+ / Typescript / C++)
- Comfortable working independently to learn about and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to collaborate with others on troubleshooting, bug fixes and customer escalations
- Excellent English skills: written and verbal (CV must be written in English)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience with 3D orthodontic software
- Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud providers
- Understanding of scrum practices; how to scope and estimate tickets
