**Job Description**:
SP Resident Engineers provide world-class service creation and professional services development to SPs. They work closely with the SP channel and SP service delivery teams to ensure that all Zscaler managed services are architected and deployed to ensure that customers realize the full value of their investment.

This role requires a deep understanding of security and networking technologies and a detailed understanding of SP architectures and operational models.
- Solution Offers

Leverage your technical expertise on the Zscaler portfolio to develop solution offers in concert with our Service Providers and Managed Service Providers. Lead cross-functional teams to bring these offers to market ensuring our partners can obtain, onboard, and support new customers.
- Service Delivery

As an SP Resident Engineer, you develop SP and MSP capabilities to deploy and manage Zscaler solutions for end customers. You support the growth of delivery and management practice areas that integrate automation and orchestration, logging and analytics, service delivery, and service management best practices.
- Enablement

**Responsibilities**
- Drive enablement and solution development with Service Provider and Managed Service Provider partners to establish and deliver new solution offers.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of networking and security architectures and engage in technical discussions with architects of Service Provider and Managed Service Provider partners.
- Ensure your partners are fully supported with the necessary resources to be successful.
- Travel 10% to support partner engagements, technical enablement, and internal development.

**Qualifications**:
Experience for this position is typically gained by 5+ years of success in a similar role working for a vendor or a customer.
- Deep understanding of security, networking, authentication, and SP architectures
- 10+ years of technical post-sales delivery or service creation experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration on strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to deliver large, complex SaaS solution opportunities
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Expert level Security and SP Technical Certifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree and/or equivalent work experience
