Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Compensation Manager with the experience needed to execute the global core functions of the Total Rewards team: building and maintaining salary structures, administering variable pay plans, conducting benchmarking analysis, and maintaining the job architecture.

The Compensation Manager reports to the Global Head of Total Rewards and manages the team of compensation analysts. The role will be based in Costa Rica.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain salary structures.
- Design, administer and improve variable pay plans.
- Conduct ad hoc salary benchmark analysis.
- Conduct regular annual market analysis.
- Maintain job architecture.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience are preferred.
- 5+ years of compensation, payroll, or accounting experience plus 2-3 years of management experience.
- Comfortable building and managing a remote team, working across countries and time zones.
- Experience with building and maintaining salary structures.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methods.
- Extensive knowledge of market pricing/benchmarking and market analysis.
- Familiarity with MS Office Tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
