We are seeking for fully bilingual HR Sr, Specialist to join our dynamic team of industry leading experts. Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, this position is responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR team and the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs alongside leading HR practices that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- At least 8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English
**Responsibilities**
- Administer employee files in compliance with the company policies and Costa Rican legislation
- Prepare various HR reports and analysis
- Manage the daily maintenance of the employee benefit plans, leaves of absence and permits
- Support Payroll and HR audits including monthly and year end as needed.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
