Payment Analyst

**Job Description**:

We use state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting and performance evaluation. The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible to work together with BPO team on payments issue resolution (tier 2 support to BPO). This position will be required to maintain a high standard of performance ensuring all entries are timely completed and accurate. This position supports BPO in payment requirements, internal controls and policies to release local and international payments; policies, payments procedures to ensure the proper quality of services and accomplishment of the service level agreement.

**Principal Activities**:

- Monitors all payments with special care of sensitive payments, taxes, customs and credit cards according to local regulation.
- Monitors payment rejection resolution and tracking of the end to end payment process.
- Operates with sense of urgency to resolve issues, including operational performance, and adhering to compliance
- Acts as escalation point and requests management support as necessary
- Coordinate SOP review period between BSC team and BPO team.
- Support Internal and External Audits.
- Authorize and release payment runs as per payment schedule.

**Minimum Educational Requirements**:

- The position requires knowledge necessary to perform tasks that require a solid technical training or basic disciplines. Technician from 2 to 3 years.

- Spanish, English, Portuguese is a plus.
