We are looking for** a Senior Azure BI Engineer t**o join our growing near shore team working with a US client in the data analytics space. The Role:

- Build interactive and intuitive Dashboards in Tableau based on customer specifications and needs
- Own dashboard development from scoping, data design, execution, and deployment
- Work with client team to understand client requirements

Qualifications:

- 2+ years’ experience as a BI engineer (experience will vary with the position level - SE vs SSE vs TA)
- Strong Tableau visualization development skills
- Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of RDBMs like Postgres and Redshift
- Experience in data preparation, manipulation, and cleansing for large datasets
- Knowledge of Tableau Server best practices for scalability and performance

Nice to have:

- Knowledge in at least one scripting language to leverage Tableua’s API such as Javascript or Python
- Efficiency in Python
- Experience with social media or advertising technology
- Experience with AWS
- Experience using Git and the Unix command-line
- Familiarity calling RESTful web services, specifically social APIs (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
