The **Record to Report Senior Analyst** will be assisting in the preparation of group reporting and accounts by working autonomously to follow established procedures, accounting principles, and guidelines to maintain the organization’s financial records and transactions in an accurate and timely fashion.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure month, quarter, and year-end tasks are executed in a timely and accurate manner. Examples of activities included, but were not limited to, banks, accruals, prepayments, provisions, Rebates, and general MEC closing activities. In addition, involves playing a key part in the Lonza budget-setting process at the year-end.
- Lead and coordinate month-end processes and look for ways to streamline/improve the process. Once an improvement opportunity has been identified, you will be required to take the lead on the improvement project, liaising with key internal stakeholders when required.
- Take ownership of the assigned area. This involves reviewing balance sheet accounts & P&L, and providing detailed analysis when required. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities, escalate it to key internal stakeholders
- Play a key role in both internal/external financial Audits. Ensure all financial entries have relevant and enough backup documentation and assist Auditors as required (provide financial information, provide support when required).
- Support other areas of the business as and when required. This could include providing project support to AP/AR functions.

**Key requirements**:

- Advanced English language, both written and verbal.
- License degree in Accounting or CPI certified.
- Accounting Technical degree is a minimum requirement.
- At least 4 years of experience with the full accounting cycle and SSC experience in R2R processes.
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP).
- Intermediate Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, sumifs).
- HFM (Oracle Hyperion Financial Management) knowledge is a plus.

**Salary**: ₡1,100,000.00 - ₡1,400,000.00 per month
