We are looking to hire a Strategic Finance Senior Analyst to join our growing team. This person will drive the financial budgeting and forecasting process and conduct financial reporting and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to take ownership of the Company's entire financial planning process, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of management to deliver meaningful financial information: Annual budget, Quarterly updates to budget, Month-end analysis of variances
- Play an integral role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process. Conduct financial reporting and analysis to assess and identify the risks and opportunities and develop analytics that measures key performance indicators to drive accountability.
- Trusted advisor to the FP&A team and COO/CFO; proactively collaborate influence, and align the Company's planning processes to achieve the overall Company strategy.
- Assist with forecasting and planning reporting and analytics, as well as decision support.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communications skills with the ability to work with multiple management styles and personalities.
- Experience with financial planning systems (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.).
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, efficient, self-motivated with the ability to follow through and implement process improvement.
- Exposure to key financial management processes as required in a scaling organization.
- Bachelor's degree, or higher in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field required.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred in a high growth environment
