**¿Cuál es el rol?**
Definición y ejecución de la estrategia integral de cobros de la compañía, generando acciones para la eficiente gestión de la cartera, mediante controles e indicadores de medición que mejoren la recuperación de la cartera.
**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Cómo agregas valor?**
- Definición y ejecución de estrategia y acciones sobre la cartera de clientes Residenciales y Empresariales
- Control y manejo de relación sobre la gestión de la/las empresas de cobranza o plataformas internas de cobranza
- Definición y control de indicadores de cobranza para la recuperación por segmento de negocio, y tomar las acciones necesarias para mejorar los mismos
- Definición y control del reloj de cobranza para todos los segmentos de negocio
- Gestión y control de la pérdida por incobrable, norma contable US GAAP y relacionadas
- Asegurar una adecuada y expedita atención a nuestros clientes tanto internos como externos.
- Gestión de proyectos especiales asignados.
- Cualquier otra función afín requerida por necesidad de la empresa, derivada de cambios en la operación del negocio.
Calificaciones:
**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Bachiller universitario en profesión afines al puesto.
- 3 años de experiência en labores relacionados al puesto.
- Deseable experiência en compañías de telecomunicaciones móviles.
- Capacidad Analítica
- Orientado al Servicio al cliente
- Buena comunicación verbal y escrita
- Inglés intermedio
- Manejo de Excel
- Manejos de SQL y Acces deseable
