**Summary**
As Learning and Development Manager you'll be responsible for the global L&D plan for Travelopia Yachts, supporting the delivery of all L&D activity and key projects across the business. You'll contribute to the success of the business by identifying development needs and skills gaps for our distributed team. You will be responsible for the creation, sourcing and delivery of training programmes.
**What you will be doing**:
- Work with executive team and People Partners to identify skills gaps and training needs for our teams globally.
- Source and build training solutions that bring return on investment through the upskilling and development of our employees
- Positively impact the NPS score of our Operational bases through the roll out and continued management of our Customer Excellence programme and 5-star framework.
- Build embedding plans for learning initiatives to ensure maximum value crafted through cultural change.
- Build onboarding programmes that support our teams to get to full efficiency quickly.
- Build learning pathways that support our career pathways through business functions.
- Work with central Travelopia Capability team on Travelopia wide initiatives as required.
- Utilise business systems to build digestible learning content for our teams hosted via our Learning Management System
