**Overview**: A trainer utilizes superior skills in training, coordinating, listening, problem-solving, and human relations to assure excellent customer service and sales skills, including all areas of the company and changing/improving material and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for preparing, orchestrating and delivering technical training programs to partners and distributors
- Provides a consistent, repeatable and in-depth training
- Conducts training either at pre-determined times or at requested times
- Has availability to deliver training sessions globally (AMER, EMEAR, APJC)
- Assists in continual improvement based on feedback and questions
- Ensures the quality and consistency of the course content throughout the lifecycle
- Strong collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to increase knowledge and share in the partner experience

**Requirements**:

- Applicant demonstrate previous training or teaching experience
- Basic Experience on Technical Support (plus)
- Customer Service etiquette working over the phone and live presentations
- Intermediate English level (B2)
- High school diploma or equivalent(preferred)
- Training or equivalent studies (preferred)
