As the Marketing Manager you will:

- Send out and sift through SMS conversations to identify potential homeowners looking to sell their property.
- Import and manage lists of homeowner data in our cold calling software.
- Use AI to create new marketing messages/templates for our marketing department.
- Create weekly and monthly marketing reports for our marketing team.
- Create FB posts for our FB page and schedule them to be posted accordingly.
- Creating drip/follow up sequences in our CRM for potential clients.
- Some assistance with developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, FB Ads, organic FB) may be needed
- Utilize Upwork to manage freelance projects and virtual assistants
