The Sr. Enterprise Search Specialist will be in charge of provide analysis of search result data and determine how to improve the search engine. Participates in and may lead project teams. Works under limited supervision.

**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:

- S ubject matter expert that reviews search results and KPI’s.
- Recommends changes based for prioritization by the product owner and product architect and executed by the developers and/or engineers.
- Focused on optimizing search results and maximizing relevancy.
- Translates business requirements to API calls.
- Defines and/or creates dashboards and visualizations.
- Analyses and interprets logs.
- Use knowledge of digital best practices and search engine principles to deliver great customer experiences.
- Work with new systems on a regular basis, rapidly integrating or extending them in unique ways.
- Contribute to and accurately maintain project documentation, as necessary.

**Qualification and Experiences**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years in Elastic Search Experience.
- Familiar with Search Analytics tool.
- Significant experience with Search Engine Tuning
- Working in Data Analytics and Search Ranking.
- JavaScript programming knowledge requested
- Results oriented with a strong focus on process and execution
- Fluent English is required (90-95%)
- Willingness to brainstorm, get creative, and be flexible as projects and demands change.
