**You Are**:
As a Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts for a wide variety of services and terms, compiling those terms into an auditable data table, and using that data to compare against ongoing actual invoicing activity for accuracy. You will also assist with ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of billing processes. Other responsibilities may include translating audit findings into end-user requirements for billing platform enhancements and billing workflow management process improvements.

**The Opportunity**:

- Review executed contract language, compare it to invoice configuration details for all customers and products, and document discrepancies found.
- Ensure all customers are being billed correctly according to contracts and billing policies by requesting changes to billing terms, credit memos, and/or invoices issued for missed fees.
- Manage transparent reporting and regularly share data on found discrepancies, errors, and assessed value of findings.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth process adjustments and ongoing accuracy of invoices, including Billing, Finance, Customer Success, Relationship Managers, Client Development Executives, and Executive Leadership.

**What you need**:

- Minimum of 1 year in comparable role in accounting, billing or audit. Qualifications
- Expertise in reading, understanding, and documenting complex contractual agreements.
- Strong Excel, Access, Visio and other Microsoft suite products.
- Proficiency in Oracle, Sales Insights, and Salesforce preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills with proven attention to detail.
- Strong ability to learn systems quickly.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to process information logically.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Self-motivation with a drive for excellence.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others in a team environment.
