- Proven experience in software testing and test automation, with a demonstrable understanding of software development and testing practices
- Expertise in developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Hands-on experience creating and analyzing Defect Reports and root-cause analysis
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Solid experience with automation drivers (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
