Lead Generation Coordinator

**Job Purpose**:

- Responsible for managing marketing lead generation campaigns with business partners that support marketing initiatives with guidance from vendor brand managers. Liaise and co-ordinate with external suppliers for execution of activities. Collaborate with internal and external campaign stakeholders to support product sales growth. Ensure deliverables meet identified specifications, internal quality standards and external legal requirements. This person will also assist with lead follow up activities for reporting on campaign's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with business partners and provide them all the necessary information they need prior to a campaign launching
- Input, Tracking and monitoring of leads and opportunities for reporting
- Develop solutions to defined tasks, typical problems and projects appropriate in scope and complexity.
- Follow-up with resellers on all their scheduled appointment to collect and document lead-feedback
- Address lead qualification concerns with the 3rd party suppliers
- Provide regular updates on campaign progress to the business stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support a campaign
- Review campaign reporting from 3rd party suppliers and make updates to our systems for reporting
- Answer questions or address concerns related to campaign or participating business partners from internal stakeholders or vendors brands

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience) is required.
- Required Education: - Bachelor's Degree
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use common office equipment.
- Possesses basic data entry skills.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to effectively multi-task.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to be immobile for long extended periods.
- Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
