- Work with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.

- Conduct vendor assessments, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

**Continuous Improvement**:
Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional Services Automation (“PSA”) Software knowledge and experience a strong plus.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environment
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as ISO27001 and HIPAA.
- Strong understanding of database technologies and how they work. Especially SQL.
