- Position Purpose- Independently plan, organize, conduct and formally report on the IS Security related audits. Assists IS Security management in developing and maintaining PCI and L.L. Bean policy compliance.- Responsibilities
- Manage the review, distribution and compliance of internal and external policies.
- Conducts effective PCI audit planning including identifying of PCI gaps, remediation activities and projects; and working with the PCI executive steering committee to identify the qualified security assessor.
- Manage the relationship between internal and external auditors and the IS Security department.
- Ensures communication is maintained with business areas throughout the duration of an audit and that observations are presented to the business as they are identified.
- Oversee and report on the PCI and Security project portfolio
- Manage contract project management staff, including project assignments and administration of contractors
- Prepares a professional, well-documented audit report at the conclusion of every audit engagement.
- Follows up on open audit recommendations, ensuring that management action plans are implemented in a timely manner.
- Independently manages workload and provides regular updates on progress against plan.
- Assists in the identification and prioritization of audit risk areas during the development of the annual audit plan.
- Develops and maintains business relationships with leadership in assigned service units and/or business units.
- Provides feedback and makes recommendations to continuously improve department procedures and work standards.
- Ensures that audit procedures and process documentation stay updated and current.
- Assumes additional related responsibilities as requested.
- Education Level- 4-Year Bachelors Degree
- Experience- Minimum Years of Experience 10- Skills and Qualifications
- BS/BA in Management, Accounting, Finance or other related field, or equivalent.
- 10 plus years of security and/or audit experience.
- Certification: PCIP.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Production

- Strong business acumen.
- General IT acumen
- Demonstrated team-building skills.
