Ui/ux Web Designer

Review and design storyboards, workflows, and high fidelity graphics for UI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, test, and/or improve products by designing moderately complex storyboards, workflows, and high fidelity graphics for UI, make recommendations, and develop reports, based on UI/UX principles
- Utilize human factors techniques to simplify user workflows and make intuitive interfaces that minimize user training and learning curves
- Partner with stakeholders (e.g., Marketing) to implement UI/UX concepts
- Create user interfaces that simplify complex physiological concepts that users of any skill level can readily interpret and provide proper treatment to patients
- Other incidental duties

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree in related field, 3 years of previous related experience Required
Experience across all phases of product design from ideation, user research, feasibility, prototyping, design iteration, and high fidelity UI and specs Preferred
Experience in developing UIs to visualize information from complex physiological concepts Preferred
Experience in creating wireframes and workflow designs Required

**Additional Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing, defining, and creating design language and libraries across various product platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in designing UI/UX that minimize risk of use of errors, requires mínimal training and are intuitive
- Demonstrated ability to work with teams to complete critical milestones under pressure with short deadlines
- Good project management skills
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other related tools and/or systems required
- Good documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to UI/UX design
- Solid understanding of human factor concepts
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
