In consultation with team Manager, provide day-to-day mentorship and direction for Associates and Senior Associates regarding analytical tasks, workload, and output
- Mentor and guide team members
- Train new joiners, seek improvement in training plans
- Quality check team members’ work, ensuring work delivered is in line with agreed standards, look for ways to improve quality of team’s output
- Assist team Manager with monthly reporting and other projects
- Lead day to day initiatives sought at improving processes and work assignments
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve existing process efficiencies
- Document new, revised processes
- Contribute to the tasks performed by the team to meet task completion targets by the agreed timelines
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Minimum undergraduate degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) ideally within the financial field (Economics, Finance, Banking, Business administration, Accounting)
- Meaningful work experience, including in a team leader, manager role would be an advantage
- Knowledge or expertise in financial institutions (Banks, Insurance companies, Asset managers) and debt capital markets desired
- Ability to actively manage a team and maintain the highest efficiency and engagement
- Demonstrates solid understanding of MS programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, with ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
