Right now, we are looking for **Talent & Culture Business Partner Junior Advanced** to join our team at Globant

- Responsible for retention processes, turnover analysis and forecasts.

- Work closely with the teams in order to guarantee an excellent work environment.

- What will help you succeed:_
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human resources, or related degree
- 3 years of experience in the HR field or similar positions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel.
- Expirience in SAP or Success Factors.
- Being familiar to HR processes, policies and employment law.
- Being empathetic, flexible & goal oriented.
- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
- Enjoy solving problems and working proactively.
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, exceptional stakeholder care, heightened awareness of the organizational impact, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to connect, hear what isn't being said, and compassion to find a successful, inclusive path forward.
- Being able to build positive relationships with globers and leaders.
- To have a great attitude and align with our culture and values
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced English skills.
