**Who are we?***:
AnswerHero, established in 2010, is a bilingual live call answering and virtual receptionist company with approximately 115 employees across the United States, Costa Rica, and Honduras. We offer our services to small-and-medium-sized businesses in the United States. Unlike other types of call center work, we do not do telemarketing, sales, technical support, or collections. We help our clients with message taking, appointment setting, live call interpretation, lead capture and more. As a company that's obsessively focused on our caller's experience, we focus on providing the caller with an efficient and pleasant experience and sending accurate messages to our customers. **Requirements**:
**What does it take to be a part of the #HeroSquad?**:

- Advanced English (C1 or higher) and Spanish
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- A high school diploma
- Strong soft skills, empathy, friendly demeanor, helpfulness
- Attention to detail and active listening
- Availability to work one weekend day
- Reliable and stable

**Work from Home requirements**:

- WFH is available only after the on-site training and the nesting period is complete
- A dedicated, quiet workspace
- High-speed internet, minimum 10 Mbps up/5 Mbps down (verified by our IT team)
- Ability to hard-wire our equipment to your router
- 85% or greater Quality Assurance score
- Not currently on a Performance Improvement Plan
