**Job Description**:
- Work as a team supporting more experienced and senior level 3LS engineers in resolving thin client customer escalations pertaining customers’ use case of HP thin client devices and supporting software.
- Primary objective is the setup/replication of customers’ use case and experience based their hardware/software configurationwith the goal of reproducing the customer experience.
- Assist in debugging by executing to the insights and directions provided by a senior level 3LS engineer.
**Qualifications**:
- 3- 5 years experience
- Must be familiar Linux operating systems such as Ubuntu, RedHat, and/or IGEL and the configuration and use of VDI software such as VMware, RDP, Citrix within a Linux and/Microsoft Windows 10 environment.
- Experience in the configuration and optimization of unified communications environments such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams plug-ins
- Experienced in debug of such environments e.g., trace files, log captures a plus
- Analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to communicate well in written and spoken English language
