Fit2Work® from Equifax is one of Australia's leading providers of pre-employment and ongoing post-employment background screening services. Our secure, fast, and easy-to-use online platform, combined with quick turnaround times, provides our B2B customers with a one-stop shop to manage all of their background checks in one place, so they have more time to focus on high-value recruitment and human resources tasks.

The GBS Fit2Work® Fulfillment Analyst completes on-demand background screening checks for our B2B customers. This position should partner with the Business Unit, Technology, GBS Digital Operations, and GBS RPA/ML groups to support innovation and help to deploy transformation while achieving the targets of the Key Operational and Financial Indicators.

This role is a new sort of business process analyst where real value relies upon enabling the BU to increase the product's profitability through the optimization and automation of repetitive tasks—gradually increasing the size of its digital workforce and amplifying the contribution of the human workforce toward analytical activities.

**What you'll do**
- Manage on-demand background screening checks from our Fit2Work® clients and achieve the targets of Key Operational Indicators.
- Collaborate with GBS Process Engineering to optimize processes.
- To plan, design, test, pilot, run and maintain UiPath Studio X bots through sprints (Scrum framework) to automate optimized processes.

**What experience do you need?**
- One year experience in Shared Services/BPO operations at multinational companies.
- Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- English B2+
- Provide support from **Sunday to Thursday from 4 pm to 12 am**
- 1+ years of advanced level Excel/Google spreadsheets experience
