**Genesys PureCloud Developer (Remote)**
**Heredia, Costa Rica**
SGF Global is looking for a Genesys PureCloud Developer, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field or Equivalent
- 4-8 years of experience.
- Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing
- Integration with external Services
- Troubleshooting environment/ API /JSONs
- English C1
- Full time (8h)
**Duties and Tasks**:
- Ensure necessary technical help, develop, and support for Genesys Pure cloud implementation.
- Expected to liaise with Business users, call center groups for Pure cloud implementation and support.
- Participate in business stake holder meetings, orientation, and ongoing training of new IT staff.
- Coordinate activities with other technical and functional areas as required
- Support other team members, removing technical roadblocks, and suggest new technical solutions
