Position Description
As a Global Sales development representative, you will be an important member of our sales organization, playing a critical role in leads qualification, profiling and enrichment, as well as providing valuable inputs to improve lead generation for our entire organization. This role will also provide assistance to sellers in their registration process on Amazon international marketplace. Working in collaboration with your sales peers, sales operations, Account Managers, and Program Managers, your primary objective is to identify and create qualified opportunities for global expansion and provide assistance on key process steps that are challenging to sellers that already started their launch effort. You will be required to vet and de-duplicate leads, find best contact information, engages with key Selling Partners, pitch the global selling opportunity and provide live support to Sellers and they register their accounts in international marketplaces, including helping them with required documentation, identify verification and troubleshooting related issues. Quite often, you will be a Selling Partner’s first introduction into selling globally

**added. On a day to day basis you can expect to**:

- Create, manage and drive to sales acceptance all inbound and outbound leads.
- Provide LIVE registration support to sellers.
- Adhere to defined KPIs, and report to partner teams.
- Vet and de-duplicate lead lists against our CRM, holdout lists, and managed portfolio to ensure net new leads.
- Find contact information for key stakeholders (many times C-level executives) through internal tools.
- Understand the Amazon and category value propositions and pitch it to prospective Selling Partners.
- Update and maintain customer information within our CRM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings with US Selling Partners and develop new business opportunities to fuel Amazon’s growth.
- Partner with Global Sales Managers to achieve sales strategies.
- Help our team continuously improve and optimize processes, trainings, use of technology, and other applicable aspects of our business.
- Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Meet or exceed targets for customer acquisition and transition qualified accounts.
- Educate key prospect Selling Partners.
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Category Management teams.
- Quickly understand the Amazon value proposition and ideal customer profile.
- Demonstrate ownership of every Selling Partner interaction to achieve successful results.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
- Maintain high performance metrics such as: quality, productivity, lead management, and attendance.

Preferred Qualifications
- College Degree or currently in first or second year of obtaining an undergraduate degree
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
- Demonstrated appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.
- Understanding of quality metrics and processes.
- Demonstrate professional oral communication
