**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible to drive the day-to-day operations of RPA team
- Work on multiple tasks, prioritizing and organizing these tasks to maximize productivity
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing code
- Utilize Quality Assurance processes to help prevent bugs
- Document automation procedures - tech design documentations
- Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback
- Adhere to coding best practices and produce top quality code

Qualifications:

- Preferred: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or demonstrated industry hands-on experience or equivalent work experience and training
- 2+ years hands-on experience with a coding language
- Preferred: experience with Automation Anywhere or similar RPA technology or strong business process knowledge and desire to learn automation.
- Have the ability to work well with offshore resources & end users in cross functional teams
- Strong communication skills - able to lead meetings, capture action items, and push the work forward to completion
- Must be driven to save time, reduce errors, and improve business processes
- A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment. Ability to work well in high-pressure, short-deadline situations
- Solid work ethic, with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly
- Positive attitude, and flexible personality
