Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an inspired, detailed oriented and experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our team. The Sr. PM works closely with Directors and Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers and QA to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, project financial sanity and client satisfaction. He/She fosters and grows project management talent and helps to develop processes, documentation, standardization and tools. He/She is interested, invested and passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, and the work produced.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage day to day activities in the Delivery Department to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
- Promote the Agile values and principles.
- Analyze the state of the Agile teams within the responsible projects to determine needs and opportunities for improvement of Agile practice.
- Support on establishing effective Agile governance approaches - such as ticket descriptions, metrics, dashboards and reporting.
- Manage projects and resources in charge.
- Support leadership for PMs to manage all phases of program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing and deployment cycles.
- Drive weekly releases for vertical and/or horizontal; review and prioritization of work and resource planning.
- Coordinate with Development and QA teams and communicates with all impacted Stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure all projects stay in scope and on schedule.
- Partner with our AP team to drive cohesion around the customer experience and partner retention.
- Support Agency Partnership Director and New Business Development team to engage and win prospective clients.
- Support discipline leadership and guidance to the Delivery Department team, setting standards and working to ensure the overall success of this group within the organization.
- Adhere to and advises on the company wide operating metric targets with the Group Delivery Director.
- Responsible for ensuring its teams are developing and executing against detailed project plans, including overall budget allocations, schedule roll-ups of all projects, critical path and risk assessment.
- Work with team leads and Program Manager to develop process and documentation standards for team to follow with the end goal of top-efficiency and quality.
- Work with Group Delivery Director to align appropriate team members against suitable assignments, considering business needs and individual Career Paths.
- Contribute to professional development plan of the Project Managers, through mentoring, coaching and training as per request from the Program Manager.
- Evaluate teamwork, initiative, work ethic, values adherence.

- Ensure effective communication and promotes a sense of participation and involvement.

**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,**

**You should have**:

- Advanced English knowledge (B2+ reading, writing, some conversational)
- 5+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, maintenance.
- A track record for successfully managing a discipline or large programs.
- A mastery of Project Management Methodologies, PMI Process Groups, AGILE Development and Risk Management.
- Resource management within the Solution Delivery team including balancing priorities, timelines, mix and casting while understanding and supporting the objectives and motivations of every discipline.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work on large scale digital projects.
- Proven acumen negotiation skills and proven ability to interact with Senior-level employees.
- Presents him/herself in a polished, professional way. Very high degree of personal professionalism.
- Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Mastery of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations, simultaneously prioritizing multiple work assignments from several stakeholders.
- A self-starter, able to adapt to changing environments.
- Manager in exact areas of expertise required for Hangar (Digital Agencies projects, Web development project, SCRUM/Agile Software projects).

**It’s a plus if you have**:

- PMP designation, SCRUM Master, Six Sigma
- Manager in exact areas of expertise required for Hangar (SCRUM/Agile Software projects).
