With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world. **You Are**: UST is searching for a Business Analyst who will work with Project Managers on small or large tasks, and their overall goal within the organization is to help determine areas of growth. The Business Analyst will work with many different departments within the organization. Responsible for looking over large amounts of data, they will put together reports and presentations for leadership teams. **The Opportunity**: - Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business - Budgeting and forecasting - Planning and monitoring - Financial modeling - Variance Analysis - Pricing and reporting - Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. **What you need**: - Must be proactive and technology passionate and have great communication skills to be able to discuss designs with the technical teams and transmits ideas in a professional environment. - Solid experience as a Business Analyst in IT areas (must) - Must be self-managed and team-oriented, must be able to coordinate his/her own time as well as plan ahead of tasks with other technical teams, and must be willing to seek technical problems that the teams may be experienced and proactive in looking for solutions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills in dealing with colleagues, the management team, and external partners - A keen eye for detail that helps efficiently detect and solve problems - Analytical thinking skills - Knowledge of basic computer programs and concepts such as scaling, database analyses, and software interfaces - Ability to build strong client and business relationships - Experience working in Agile under Scrum methodology, with industry tools for project planning like Jira, Confluence, and LucidChart. - Excellent written and spoken English skills (>85%). **What we believe**: We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
