**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
**Reports to**:USA Analytics and Buyer Support Lead
**Geographic Scope**:USA
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Assist buyers in their activities related to creation and updates of Purchase Info Records
- Master Data analysis and updates.
- Generation of reports and presentations using Microsoft package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,)
- Bring support with SoX controls.
- Support the compliance and procurement team with their activities (ex. report generation using SAP)
- Sourcing tasks: search for suppliers and maintain engagement.
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Are you passionate about Data Management?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Proficient in Microsoft package and overall digital skills knowledge; (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, and other standard office technologies -MS Project Management is a plus-).
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent analytical Skills
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written. (B2+/C1)
- Experience demonstrating full range of advanced business administrative skills, including, and not limited to gathering data and content for building Power Point presentations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2 years of progressive analytical work.
**BENEFICIAL**
- Coupa and other related systems knowledge is a plus (i.e., Power BI, SmartSolve, IWS, Manufacturing Standard System, PDM, iCertis, etc.)
- Savvy and agile in Systems and Data management is a plus.
- Experience in data analytics, data visualization and report generation are considered a plus.
