**What you’ll do**:

- As a Full Stack Team Lead, is essential to maintain adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
- The Full Stack Team Lead position is responsible for creating and consuming REST, JSON-based API's.
- APIsart of the Equifax Commerce Platform team, the Full Stack Team Lead will experiment with new technologies and innovative ways to solve problems.
- The Full Stack Team Lead will need to have strong collaboration and communication skills and must be comfortable operating in an agile, dynamic environment.
- This role should be a strong team player that values continuous improvement, accountability, transparency, a willingness to pivot, failing fast, and being polite but firm.

**What experience you need**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years as a Full-stack developer with experience in client-side JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular, TypeScript), Node.JS, NPM, server-side frameworks (Java / Spring / Spring Cloud / Hibernate / SpringBoot Microservices)
- 2+ years of experience working with Cloud environments (GCP and AWS)
- 2+ Experience with Microservices /Rest services / Soap)
- 2+ Experience with Postgres/ Oracle / MySQL / NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J)
- 2+ Experience in continuous integration build tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, Nexus, Confluence, GIT-BitBucket, Maven, Gradle, RunDeck)
- 2+ Experience with unit and automation testing (Jasmine, Protractor, JUnit)
- 2+ Experience with Node.js, React, Backbone, or other client-side MVC technologies
- English proficiency B2 or above

- Knowledge of web components
- Experience with API Frameworks (APIGEE)
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Experience in UNIX or Linux (is a plus)
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (less, sass)
- Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts and microservices
- REST API design and implementation
- Familiar with secure development best practices.
- Experience creating responsive designs (Bootstrap, mobile, etc.)
- Experience with JavaScript build tools and dependency management (npm, bower, grunt, gulp)
- Knowledge of Java build tools and dependency management (gradle, maven)
- Knowledge of Security principles (Encryption, Authentication/Authorization, etc)
