SGF Global is looking for a Test Manager, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in QA roles.
- 3+ years’ experience leading a QA team.
- Experience in manual testing, bug life cycling, test planning, requirement’s analysis.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision and produce results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to generate reports and traceability matrix from test results.
- Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and terminology.
- Experience working within DevOps tools.
- Solid experience with manual test case design and evaluation for Automation feasibility.
- Broad experience monitoring testing and reporting to leadership.
- Broad experience analyzing testing requirements and capability to validate if they are all cover in the testing plan.
- Experience mentoring Sr. Quality Engineers and Quality Engineers.
- Experience working in any of the test automation tool such as TOSCA and Selenium. (Nice to have)
- Experience in Web Services Automation testing using tools like Postman, SOAPUI etc. (Nice to have)
- Experience testing infrastructure projects like implementation of Office 365, Data Center Migration or Cloud. (Nice to have)
- Exposure to qTest Test Management tool. (Nice to have)
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and interpret KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Assess testing resources assigned.
- Incorporate feedback loops to improve quality.
- Measure testing effectiveness by domain.
- Conduct Lessons Learned and Maturity Assessments.
- Create and maintain quality Maturity Action Plan (MAP).
- Review defect trending for root cause / potential corrective action.
- Mentor Senior Quality Engineers / Quality Engineers.
- Communicate training & education for testing leadership / testing resources.
- Evangelize testing best practices.
- Review and contribute to requirements analysis and agile story grooming to ensure testability.
- Determine Testing Strategy and\or Test Plan based on requirements analysis.
- Validate infrastructure changes performed in the environment.
- Design and develop Test Cases using Selenium Web Driver; review test scripts and results generated by other testers.
- Troubleshoot script related issues.
- Report testing status to QA Manager and Project Team weekly.
- Design and execute test cases.
- Ensure defects are resolved in a timely manner.
- Experience working on Enterprise Level Systems and Integration Testing.
- Must have acumen to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new situations.
- Coordinate test preparation activities and testing environments.
- Review/share system and integration test plans.
- Testing status monitoring / reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
