We’re committed to our work, customers, having fun, and, most importantly, to each other’s success. **Role**: **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with the team members to understand testing requirements to design test cases, and execute, and maintain various test artifacts. - Ensure that all system deliverables meet quality objectives in functionality, performance, stability, security, accessibility, and data quality - Run and generate automation test execution reports - Conduct defect management activities that include problem identification, issue research, analysis, and documentation - Collaborate and communicate with the Product Owner, Engineer(s), other QA members and other scrum team members while working on all priority tasks **Requirements**: - B.S. preferably in Computer Science or a related field with 2 + years related experience or Masters in functional testing of Content Management Systems (CMS) like AEM, WordPress, Drupal, etc. - Proficient in understanding requirements and writing test cases - Follow defined organizational QA processes and suggest improvements - Good analytical skills for identifying the root cause of issues - Should maintain high standards of quality on deliverables - Openness to learn tools and technologies to support new initiatives - Cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile device testing experience - Should be self-reliant and proactive with an eagerness to participate in value-adding initiatives - Excellent communication and organizing skills **Nice to Have**: - Experience with web accessibility testing - Experience testing API endpoints - Being familiar with no-code automation tools like Functionize, TestRigor, or similar - Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Docker, Sauce Labs, etc.) - Experience working with Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or GTM - Familiar with technologies like Java, Javascript, HTML, JSON, etc. **Splunk is an Equal Opportunity Employer**: At Splunk, we believe creating a culture of belonging isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s also the smart thing.
