The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will host weekly Production Meeting stand-up calls with PMM, Content, MOP's groups to provide updates and check the status of pending and/or in-flight projects; identify obstacles/blockers; adhere to timelines/deadlines ( work back - schedule); hold people accountable for their deliverables within the projects they are part of **What you’ll do** - Campaign project tracking, oversight, updating, and closure within Workfront - Liaise with the Marketing Automation resources to ensure they have identified and "tagged" responsible Marketing team members to their respective areas of the project - Liaise with the Marketing Automation resources to ensure all applicable "assets" have been loaded into Workfront for each project from PMM, Content, MOPs team/s - Production management - Manage/maintain Marketing Campaign Calendar on GSuite - Liaise with Marketing PMM (Product Marketing Manager) & Content Leaders to manage Marketing budget (granular cost accounting by LOB, by project, by vendor, monthly budget vs. actuals "true up" with Finance, etc) - Purchase order creation/submission; ensuring vendors we engage with to support Canada Marketing are paid on time **What experience you need** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required or 2 to 5 years equivalent experience - 1-2 years of experience in marketing project management using tools such as Workfront/Clarizen or similar - 1-2 years of experience in Advanced MS Excel skills level - English B2+ minimum **What could set you apart** - Time management and problem-solving skills - Detail oriented - Strong organizational skills and the ability to understand new technologies quickly - Process improvement, and process documentation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills necessary - ServiceNow experience We offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, on-site doctor, paramedics service 24/7, life insurance, gym facilities, collaborative workspaces, free transportation and parking, subsidized cafeteria, solidarity association, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.
