**Job Description**: **Job Description**: This position is part of our Consumer Business Group > Content Readiness Team, ensuring people, process, tools, and data are enabled to keep up with always changing retailer data requirements. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Prioritizing digital asset and imaging requests according to business and customer needs. - Validating assets and images to ensure they meet or exceed predetermined guidelines. - Gathering complete and accurate metadata for digital assets and images to be loaded to our systems of record. - Collaborating with DAM Librarian and Agency partners, working together efficiently to ensure a smooth and accurate process flow. Skills and Experienced Required: - A keen eye for recognizing errors and discrepancies others might miss. - Ability to think critically and manage multiple deadlines independently. - Detail oriented. - Outstanding organizational skills & passion for accuracy—every data detail matters. - Communication skills. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration. - English Level: B2+/C1. - Advance Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Formulas) - 1+ years of experience in document management.
