**About the role**

Prepares reporting and analytics related to the Companies sales of products to customers to be used in compensation analysis. Partner with business unit and employees to ensure reporting is accurate, complete and timely

**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Load and monitor mobile service provider transactions on the BSC portal ensuring accuracy of the data at all points in the process
- Prepare reports and analysis of mobile service provider sales for field employees and business unit, including trending analysis and commentary to accompany the data
- System maintenance and administration of user access to applicable systems (i.e. MSP Portal, Tableau, Access, etc.)
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual analysis and reporting (as applicable) of sales and/or other requirements to meet internal and external reporting deliverables. This includes analysis of data to ensure accuracy and completeness and assisting the business with compensation consolidations/reporting
- Receive and research external and internal inquiries - working with various key stakeholders to respond
- Responsible for following reporting calendar and ensuring assigned activities are completed timely and accurately, in line with Service Level Agreements - individual is responsible for tracking activity in order to prepare monthly metrics
- Collaborate with other functions including but not limited to: Business Unit Operations, IT, Office of GBS
- Provide a high level of customer service both for internal and external clients of the Company
- Preparation of reports and analysis for adhoc requests

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of related experience.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- High level of system capability, able to work with large amounts of data in multiple systems while ensuring accuracy of the data
- Tableau and Access experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
