**BAT Costa Rica IS LOOKING for a** Commercial Finance Assistant Manager

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**:Finance Manager

**Reporting**:Manager

**Geographic Scope**:Americas

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Monthly profitability analysis reports (Total Customer Investment, Profitability and Strategic accounts)
- Data completeness, accuracy and analysis.
- Timely data loads into Power BI.
- Follow up with IDT to resolve open data issues.
- Support transition to full P&L profitability analysis with evolution project.
- Evolution transition
- Lead tester for ATM commercial finance (DBS).
- Ensure evolution changes meets minimum requirements to deliver our reporting ambition with ease.
- Lead the simplification and automation of
- Monthly review reports.
- Profitability analysis reports.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area?
- Do you have advance experience using SAP, Excel, Power Point?
- Do you have an advance English level?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

**Required Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related.

**Required Skills**:

- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency desirable in:

- Systems (SAP, BPC, Power BI and Micro strategy).
- Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong commercial acumen, knowledge of finance and analytics.
- A well-organized individual able to plan a prioritize time effectively.
- Ability to perform under pressure and navigate through ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- A proactive team player able to deliver business results through others.
- Open minded individual capable of challenging status quo to deliver better results.
- A self-starter able to deliver solid outcomes with mínimal supervision.
- Continuously improve self through trainings and development opportunities available.
