You will be part of a team chartered to build Customer Fleet and Scale Capabilities for server customers to enable on-time high-quality launches of Intel server programs, as well as in-Fleet product experience. You must be a quick learner, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You will have opportunities to participate in various projects as part of product development, research and receive trainings.
The focus of this position is to work alongside with senior software engineers at system-level software development to contribute to software that we develop used by engineers for observation and control of system internals at the block, register, and electrical interface level. If you have a strong curiosity in how things work and have the drive to understand them fully this could be a great opportunity for you.
The position will involve developing code in Python or C/C++ to meet customer server debug needs. It will also involve leveraging existing code and debugging and fixing issues in the existing code bases, which are large and complex.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- C/C++ programming, data structures, algorithms and Operating Systems
- Version control and continuous integration tools (GIT, GITHUB, SVN, etc)
- Willing to maintain an active student status for at least 1 year
Willing to work at least 32 hours per week.
- Advanced English Level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Embedded systems, microcontrollers and CPU architecture knowledge
- Knowledge in LINUX development environments. Knowledge of Linux internals is a plus.
- Ability to use Hardware low-level APIs components such as I/O's, interrupts, network communication protocols, etc.
- Knowledge in Cloud Solutions/Infrastructure as a power user (Dockers, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.)

**Work Model for this Role**
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
