We are Lot Squared Development, and we develop high-profile luxury homes and boutique condominiums in Washington, DC, and we’re growing Our projects have been featured in The Washington Post, Builder Online, and KBB Magazine.

As a company, we source our own deals from wholesalers, realtors, and other motivated sellers. One of the ways we find these sellers is by cold calling them.

**On a day-to-day basis, you will**:

- Contact motivated sellers by phone; complete 100 - 300 calls everyday using auto-dialing software.
- Build relationships with customers over time and convert them from warm leads to qualified leads.
- Provide fully qualified leads to the Acquisition Manager who closes the deal.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve our processes.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent oral and written English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Wired headphones/headset.
- Dedicated and quiet work environment.
- Willing to work our US business hours from 11AM-8PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Pay: ₡466,000.00 - ₡700,000.00 per month
